Great Britain has captured the team bronze medal at the FEI Dressage European Championships for Juniors, taking place this week in the beautiful setting of Gestüt Schafhof in Kronberg, Germany (18 – 23 July 2023). A young British team has produced consistently impressive tests over the past two days to achieve a place on the podium, and back-to-back team bronze medals for GBR Juniors.

The following horses and riders have been selected to represent Great Britain this week at the Longines FEI WBFSH Dressage World Breeding Championships for Young Horses in Ermelo, the Netherlands, 3 - 6 August 2023.

British Dressage is pleased to confirm the team line-up for the 2023 Pony European Championships, which take place later this month at Le Mans, France, (24 – 30 July).

After producing her third personal best score of the week, 18 year old Annabella Pidgley secured Freestyle Gold to become double FEI Young Rider European Champion in Pilisjászfalu, Hungary. 

Annabella Pidgley and Espe have made British dressage history by winning Individual gold at the Young Rider European Championships, taking place this week in Budapest region - Pilisjászfalu, Hungary. An exceptional new PB of 76.941% comfortably captured the European title and first ever individual medal by a British athlete at an FEI Dressage Young Rider European Championships.

With the Summer Regionals Championships getting underway this weekend, we’re releasing the qualification ratios for each level to progress to the LeMieux National Championships at Somerford Park in Cheshire, 14 – 17 September.

British Equestrian and the British Dressage selectors can today confirm the eight horse and rider combinations that will form their list of nominated entries ahead of the FEI Para Dressage European Championship, set to take place in Riesenbeck, Germany, from 5–10 September this year. 

Great Britain has secured the team bronze medal at the FEI Dressage European Championships for Young Riders, taking place this week in Budapest region - Pilisjászfalu, Hungary. Four fantastic rides, including a PB by Annabella Pidgley and Espe who top the individual standings, put the bright British team firmly on the podium to achieve the first Young Rider team medal for GBR since 2005.
