UPDATE: Myerscough Young Horse Forum

With the weather warnings for wind now escalated to amber for much of Britain, we’ve taken the difficult decision to cancel tomorrow’s planned Young Horse Forum, due to be held at Myerscough Equestrian Centre in Lancashire (Sunday 9 February 2020).

The forecast for challenging travel conditions potentially put our attendees, presenters, demo riders and their horses at increased risk so with safety as a paramount, the decision has been taken.

All ticket holders will be contacted directly via email with ticket refund arrangements and we will work hard with the venue and our presenters to reschedule in the coming months.

BD Training Director Paul Hayler commented; “It has been a tough call. While conditions are reasonable at present, we have to put our faith in the Met Office that storm Ciara is on the way. Safety must be our priority and although it’s disappointing, we can’t control the great British weather.

“The BD Training & Education team will do everything possible to get a new date in the diary for the region as quickly as possible. We’ll post any updates on line, social media and via our regional communications. Thank you to everyone for your continued support.”
