UPDATE: Merrist Wood Regionals

Storm Dennis is set to arrive with the UK through the weekend and the Met Office have issued amber rain warnings and yellow wind warnings and the team at Merrist Wood have decided to reschedule or rearrange Saturday and Sunday’s Winter Regional classes.
Saturday
Classes 1a and 1b Equi-Trek Elementary Silver and Class 2 Suregrow Elementary Freestyle Silver will now run on Friday 21 February – further detail will be available in due course.
Sunday
Class 3 KBIS Prelim Silver will move to Tuesday 18 February to start at 17:30.
Class 4 Prestige Italia Novice Silver will remain on Sunday with a revised start time of 16.00. The storm is due to subside by midday so this gives competitors time to safely travel to the venue.
Class 5 Baileys Novice Freestyle Silver will move to Wednesday 19 February to start at 17:50.
The organising team have emailed all judges and competitors affected by the changes. Tina Martin said; “We thank you in advance for your understanding but safety is always our top priority. Please bear with us while we make the changes and arrangements. We’ll issue new times and arena walks once we have received confirmation from all the competitors in classes one to five.”
