  • Rider development portfolios

Lucy Mae Bush, a previous BD Para Academy rider spoke to us about her journey with the Para Academy and her ambitions for the future.

“This year I am ambitious to progress to international competition with the help and support from the Para Academy. After a fabulous year making contacts, friends, progress in training & competition, I am keen to take up the opportunity to develop and learn more as an athlete. I have thoroughly enjoyed and taken away huge amounts from all the sessions. Training with Billy at the last camp has enabled me to confidently compete at silver level, with another year as part of the Para Academy- we can grow as a partnership with the best knowledge to reach our goals.”
