Summer Regional Championships 24: Northallerton EC

Congratulations to the riders who took home the Regional Champion titles at Northallerton Equestrian Centre, with the event taking place at the North Yorkshire from 26 - 29 July 2024. 

Amy Woodhead achieved two wins and the highest score of the Northallerton fixture, completing a successful week for the Grimsby-based rider. In the BETTALife Novice Gold, Amy and DBM Secre-C earned an enormous 75.74%, throwing their claim down on the National title, which will be decided on Friday 13 September at the LeMieux Nationals. 

Katie Brickman and the Grafenstolz-sired mare Greenkeld's Moondance achieved their first BD Regional Championship title on their first attempt, winning the Centre Line Preliminary Silver. It was also a first Regional Champion winning performance for Grace Smith, who took home the BETTALife Novice Silver with the Connemara Matty Menlo (Contepomi Cashel x Silver Shadow). Best of luck to all first time winners at the LeMieux National Championships in September.
