Freestyle to Music maestro confirms guest presenter spot alongside Christoph & Philipp Hess and Olympic judge Katrina Wuest.
The National Convention, in association with Harrison Clark Rickerbys, is set to be a celebration of a summer of immense success for British dressage, and Germany – home nation for the three principal hosts at this year’s event ‘Making Medalists’.
Freestyle dressage captures the hearts and minds of many across the equestrian community and further afield, from following Team GB riders in their music conquests at major championships to taking part in dressage to music tests from Prelim level and beyond, those regular and new to the sport continue to enjoy test riding with a creative touch.
We’re delighted to announce that for the first time, the National Convention will feature freestyle to music sessions throughout the afternoon on Saturday 6 November. Our hosts and demo riders will be joined by the man behind the music for countless Team GB medals, world records and titles, Tom Hunt. The British composer specialising in creating original music for freestyle dressage has forged his career in gold, with Charlotte Dujardin, Carl Hester and Natasha Baker just three sparkling jewels in a glittering list of notable riders and clients.
Tom will join us to critique freestyle to dressage music at several levels, offering his expert advice on how to improve your own freestyle creation, construction and riding. We’ll look forward to hearing his Olympic and Paralympic reflections, experiences in designing musical masterpieces for the best in the business and what the future holds for a creative genius combining sport with art.
Join Tom, Philipp Hess and Katrina Wuest on Saturday at the National Convention. Tickets are on sale now to attend in person, find out more and book online:
