With the Principles of Judging Seminar just a matter of weeks away, judges can expect a fully interactive experience, with learning away from the arena primed for personal development.

British Dressage partners Black Horse One (BHO) are adding digital learning to the Principles of Judging Seminar, taking place at Moulton College on 26 – 27 March.

Judges purchasing tickets before Friday 18 March will be invited to judge online tests via their account on the Black Horse One dashboard, with tutor judges providing detailed feedback and analysis via two classroom sessions. Medium to Prix St Georges levels will be covered on Saturday for List 4, 3 and 3a judges and Novice/Elementary the focus on Sunday for all trainee, List 6 and 5. For those participating in the test judging and attending either session, feedback recordings and analysis will be available online via the BHO dashboard following the event, for review and learning at leisure. This ground-breaking addition to the Principles of Judging Seminar means that judges have the opportunity for tailored personal development, adding to the already invaluable opportunity to enjoy in person arena and classroom learning at a national event for the first time post-pandemic.

Tickets are still available to attend the Principles of Judging Seminar, as well as the opportunity to attend the evening meal, hosted by members of the Judging Committee, alongside accommodation and breakfast choices. Returning to this popular event provides a unique opportunity for judges to enjoy the chance to catch up with peers, discuss hot topics and meet members of the British Dressage team.
