FEI Young Rider European Championships – follow the competition live

With the British horses settled and through the first horse inspection at Unikornis Lovarda in Budapest region - Pilisjászfalu, Hungary, it’s time to look ahead to this year’s FEI Dressage European Championships for Young Riders and wish our riders the very best of luck this week.
Five days of elite competition gets underway tomorrow at the Hungarian venue of Unikornis Lovarda where Europe’s leading Young Rider competitors will go head-to head for team and individual championship honours.
The Championships is set in motion tomorrow with part one of the Team medal competition from 08:30 local time (07:30 BST). Team competition continues into Thursday when the 2023 FEI Dressage Young Rider European Championship team honours will be decided.
The British team is made up of India Durman-Mills with Verity Saul’s Escade, Lily Laughton with Alicia Laughton’s Skovborgs Romadinov, Jessica McConkey with her own Lady Gaga and Annabella Pidgley with Sarah Pidgley’s Espe. Follow this link for details.
Friday sees the start of the Individual competition, which gets underway at 08:00 local time (07:00 BST) running throughout the day. The second half follows on Saturday, with another set of FEI medals due to be awarded immediately after the competition closes.
Coveted positions in the Sunday morning’s Freestyle finals will be open to the 18 best individually placed riders from the Individual competition, following a final horse inspection, and you needn’t miss a moment of the action as the entire championships is being brought live to subscribers by ClipMyHorse.TV.
