Exciting opportunities to join the BD team

There has never been a more exciting time to join the team at British Dressage and be part of the fastest growing equestrian sport. We are currently recruiting for two head office roles, presenting a great opportunity to work within a thriving Olympic and Paralympic discipline.
Following the success of Tokyo 2020 and the World Championships in Herning 2022, the sport is enjoying a public profile like never before, with over 18,000 members taking part in more than 2,500 days of affiliated dressage competition every year. We are currently looking to appoint a Marketing & Sponsorship Officer and Finance Administrator, both roles are based at our Head Office in Meriden, West Midlands.
The Marketing and Sponsorship Officer will provide support for all areas of commercial activity and business development, primarily focused on sponsorship and partnership activities, as well as implementing marketing campaigns for membership, BD championships, and other training and education events. The main priority for this role is to act as a key point of contact for all our sponsors and partners, building positive relationships with them and ensuring that all marketing requirements are delivered successfully. The Marketing and Sponsorship Officer will also work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to manage all other marketing and promotional activity across the year.
We are also recruiting a Finance Administrator, with specific responsibility for managing our post room and shop. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive individual in this vital role to support our finance team at our head office in Meriden, near Coventry. They will provide general administrative support for the finance function, as well as have responsibility for the fulfilment of merchandise orders from our online shop.
