Dr Wilfried Bechtolsheimer memorial service

We are honoured to share the news of the memorial service for the late Dr Wilfried Otto Bechtolsheimer, beloved husband, father and grandfather to the Bechtolsheimer family, friend to many, and one of British dressage’s biggest supporters over four decades.
The Bechtolsheimer Family have arranged a memorial service on Friday 14 October at 3 o clock in the afternoon, hosted at St Mary's Church, Fairford, Gloucestershire and afterward at the family home.

Dr Bechtolsheimer's deep passion for our sport and his love of all creatures, but horses in particular, were at the heart of his artful horsemanship which touched so many of us and will continue to inspire. Back in April 2020 we remembered 'Dr B' with a tribute from some of the leading figures in the sport, reflecting on the person he was and the extensive legacy he leaves behind.
