With just over three weeks to go until Daniel Bachmann Andersen, Chris Bartle and Michael Eilberg descend on Addington Equestrian for this year’s National Convention in association with Harrison Clark Rickerbys, British Dressage is delighted to announce the complete timetable and the demo combinations taking part in each ‘Develop to Perform' session.

The first AASE camp got underway last week at Vale View Equestrian Centre with 30 riders from British Showjumping, British Dressage and British Eventing taking up their place on the one year programme where they will work towards completing a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Sporting Excellence (AASE).

The following rider has been selected to represent Great Britain this week at the FEI Dressage World Cup™ qualifier in Lyon, France (30 October – 3 November 2019).

The South West region is celebrating after taking home the team title at the Senior Home International supported by Saracen Horse Feeds at Wellington Riding in Hampshire (18 – 20 October 2019). A total of 146 combinations and 38 teams contested this year’s episode of the annual flagship event for senior regional riders.  

British riders have returned home from a highly successful trip to Le Mans CDI in France (17 – 20 October 2019) where Louise Bell, Gareth Hughes, Jessica McConkey and Annabella Pidgley were all on winning form.

The hugely popular Petplan Equine Area Festival series hosted by British Dressage (BD) is moving into a new era. The series which is the number one dressage competition in the BD calendar now offers riders all year-round competition with two Petplan Equine Area Festival Championships – a summer and winter Championship and a brand new Petplan Equine Music Area Festival series run alongside some of the summer fixtures.

The annual Animal Health Trust UK Equestrian Awards brought together British and equestrian royalty at The Landmark Hotel, London on Wednesday 16 October to raise vital funds for the charity.
