We're excited to be able to welcome you to the 2024 NAF Five Star Winter Championships and Petplan Area Festival Championships, running from Wednesday 10 - Sunday 14 April 2024 at Addington Equestrian in Buckinghamshire.
Competition schedule
The full schedule for all competitors is available below - this outlines all of the information you need on which classes are taking place when, prize money and all of the terms and conditions of entering and attending the show:
Entries
Entries are now open and close at 22.00 on Thursday 14 March - no late entries will be accepted. Entries for the Championships will only be accepted online via My Riding Life by the link below:

Times will be published on the entries, times and results page from 10.00 on 6 April 2024. Please note that as this is a Championship all times are drawn and cannot be changed.

Equine Flu Vaccinations
All horses and ponies at the show must have a current and valid record of vaccination against Equine Influenza that fully complies with Rule 10 in the British Dressage Members' Handbook. All vaccination certificates will be checked at the Stable Manager's Office when horses and ponies arrive at the show. All horses and ponies must have been vaccinated within the past 12 months before arriving at the show and horses and ponies that have been recently vaccinated must have seven clear days after the vaccination before arrival. Horses and ponies without a valid vaccination certificate on arrival will not be allowed to remain at the Championships.
Music
Ideally music should be provided as an mp3 file by emailing it to music@showdirect.co.uk to arrive by Sunday 7 April at the latest. The file name must be in the format “horse name, rider name, level” for clear identification of the music.
If this is not possible, music may be presented on a CD or an mp3 file on a USB stick (one mp3 file per stick) which must be given to the Show Secretary by the competitor at least one hour before the start of the competition for which the music is required. You must ensure that CDs are marked with horse and rider names on the box containing the disc and also on the disc itself. USB sticks must be presented in a small envelope marked with rider and horse names, plus a means of identifying the horse and rider attached to the USB stick itself. It is strongly advised that a second copy should also be provided.
Please note the organiser cannot be held responsible for the quality of the recording or any mishap that may occur with the music.
