Employer information
Our apprenticeships are designed to up-skill individuals, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need for a variety of different roles within the equine industry, from equine groom to management.
How to get involved
There are two ways of becoming involved with the BD apprenticeship programme as an employer:
Upskill your current staff
Sign your existing staff up to one of our apprenticeships as part of their development and they will have the opportunity to gain additional knowledge, skills and qualifications whilst still working for you. It's a valuable and beneficial way to find and develop talent to promote a motivated, skilled and qualified workforce. Investing in your employees can also help improve their loyalty, commitment, and job satisfaction.
Employing a BD apprentice
If you're looking to grow your team, a BD apprentice can be a great employment option. You can adapt their training according to the needs of your business and their specific course, they're motivated to learn new skills to benefit you and your business, and they have the most contemporary practical and academic training and knowledge which can help keep your business up-to-date.
