Spirits weren’t dampened by the weather at our first five LeMieux Quest Semi-Finals of 2024, as our Questers shone through, creating an incredible atmosphere and putting their best hoof forward!

Sophie Wells has announced the retirement of two of her medal-winning horses, C Fatal Attraction and Don Cara M. Between them, the geldings have won a total of 16 senior championship medals over the past nine years while partnering with Grade 5 para dressage athlete Sophie.

With ten LeMieux Quest Semi-Finals happening across the country from 21 to 29 September, we can’t wait to see who'll be making their way to the LeMieux Quest Championships in November.

Recap on the highlights from four top days of dressage at the LeMieux National Championships, where we celebrated 31 new champions.

Rain was certainly not to stop play or top class action on the final day of the LeMieux National Championships, as the remaining titles were claimed by some top combinations, and Lewis Carrier become the new LeMieux National Champion.

A beautifully sunny day three of the LeMieux National Dressage Championships certainly didn't disappoint spectators, with two Olympic medallists and two first time winners amongst the days champions.

Danish mare Quinn G was ridden by her British owner Fiona Bigwood to win the 6YO title at the Longines FEI WBFSH Dressage World Breeding Championships for Young Horses in Ermelo, the Netherlands (04 – 08 September 2024).

The sun was shining as day two got underway at Somerford Park for day two of the LeMieux National Dressage Championships, where six new National Champions were crowned.

The 2024 LeMieux National Dressage Championships got off to a top start, with 151 competitors taking to the arena to compete for nine National titles, battling not only each other but the weather on a day that saw sunshine, rain and hail.

As always, the outcome of the Senior Home Nations (31 August -1 September 2024), held at Addington Equestrian Centre, was breathtakingly close. This year was very much the South & East’s time to shine with team Zeus taking the top spot on the podium and team Dionysus joining them there in third place alongside the North & East, who once again took second place. The South & East also dominated the Novice individual championship with three of their riders coming in the top three and Craig Messenger claiming the top score of the weekend.
