In the windy wrath of Storm Hector, history was made on day two at the Equerry Bolesworth International Horse Show. Yesterday’s Grand Prix competitors made their choice and opted for the Grand Prix Special or Freestyle and first on was the Theraplate GP Special. 

The following riders have been selected to represent Great Britain this week at Bolesworth CDI3* in Cheshire (13 – 17 June 2018).

Charlotte Dujardin and Mount St John Freestyle continued their upward international trend with a CDI personal best of 79.65% to take the F&Co Equine trading as Theraplate Grand Prix on the opening day of the Equerry Bolesworth International Horse Show.

The following Team NAF riders and individuals have been selected to represent Great Britain this week at Hagen CDIOYJPCh/CDIYJPCh in Germany (12 – 17 June 2018).

Five days of competition came to a close yesterday on the Duke of Wellington’s beautiful estate in Heckfield, Hampshire. 

Amateur dressage rider Caroline Church sadly passed away on the 25 April, after a long-term illness, aged 55. Caroline rose to fame in dressage circles in 2016, when she won the Shearwater British Dressage Young Horse 6 Year Old Championship, with her own San Marco.

Entries are now open for the Diploma in Sporting Excellence 2018 – 2020. 

Daisy Coakley (25), who hails from Rickmansworth in Hertfordshire, has received a £3,500 bursary kindly awarded by Core Context Consulting as an additional opportunity offered to the dressage participants in the cross-discipline Sport England-funded Young Professionals Programme (YPP).

Three vacancies, in the areas of BD Youth, Senior Training and Marketing, are currently being recruited for on the Central Region volunteer committee, offering an excellent opportunity for dressage enthusiasts in the area to become involved in the future direction of our sport.
